At Matrix we use ENUMERATE (formerly TOPS), a fully integrated system that is available to residents through an online portal. ENUMERATE keeps track of all account information including balances, CCR records, service requests and work orders. Residents can submit their service requests right through the portal as well as access important documents and announcements!

We follow the rules, regulations and bylaws of each community and create custom CCR letters per Association, quoting the direct governing document so there are no discrepancies. We take the necessary steps to remedy all resident situations from issuing warnings, to issuing fines to navigating ADR.
