She is a key leader at our firm, bringing over six years of comprehensive experience in residential, commercial, townhome, condominium, and luxury community management. Known for her hands-on approach and exceptional responsiveness, Erin is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the communities she serves—she believes that strong management starts with accessibility, clear communication, and follow-through.

Erin excels in conflict resolution, vendor coordination, and guiding HOA boards through complex decisions with clarity and confidence. She regularly leads board meetings, advises board members on best practices and governance, and serves as a trusted partner in both strategic planning and daily community needs. Her ability to balance professionalism with a warm, people-first approach allows her to build strong relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors alike.

Actively involved in the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Erin stays current on industry trends and best practices and contributes thought leadership through articles published in Community Trends Magazine. A lifelong New Jersey resident who grew up in Roxbury, Erin brings a deep understanding of local communities and a genuine passion for helping them thrive. She enjoys working closely with boards and residents to create well-managed, cohesive communities where people are proud to live and invest. Outside of work Erin enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Sara is a Property Manager at Matrix with over four years of experience overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including townhome, condominium, and high-rise communities. Born and raised in Sussex County, New Jersey, Sara brings a strong understanding of local communities and a steady, leadership-driven approach to property management.

Throughout her career, Sara has supported numerous HOAs and currently manages multiple associations. She is known for building strong, professional relationships with board members and guiding them through both daily operations and long-term community goals. She works closely with boards to improve association performance, enhance resident satisfaction, and maintain well-run, attractive communities. Her experience with complex properties, including 50+ and mid-rise buildings, allows her to navigate operational challenges with confidence, organization, and attention to detail.

A graduate of Montclair State University, Sara holds a bachelor’s degree and is actively working toward earning her industry designations. She brings a high level of professionalism, intellect, and accountability to her role and is committed to continuous growth within the property management field. Sara enjoys collaborating with boards and residents alike and takes pride in helping associations thrive through strong leadership and thoughtful management. Allison joined Matrix in September 2022 and brings more than 20 years of experience in design, project management, and administrative operations. Her diverse background allows her to support both the management and creative sides of the company, helping Matrix deliver the responsive, hands-on service that our communities value.

Her diverse background allows her to support both the management and creative sides of the company, helping Matrix deliver the responsive, hands-on service that our communities value.

In her role as HOA Manager, Allison works closely with boards and residents to help keep communities running smoothly. Known for her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, she plays an important role in supporting daily operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring clear communication between residents, boards, and the management team.

Allison also oversees Matrix’s marketing, website, and design initiatives. She was instrumental in developing HOA branding and websites and continues to manage Matrix’s online presence, social media, and advertising efforts. Her creative background helps ensure that Matrix maintains a professional, consistent, and approachable presence both online and within the communities we serve.

She has also developed a strong understanding of Matrix’s resident portal making it easier for residents and board members to access important information and stay connected with their community.

Allison’s ability to blend creativity, organization, and technology helps support both the day-to-day management of our communities and the continued growth of the Matrix brand.

Outside of work, she enjoys creating art, reading, and spending time with her family.

Barbara has been a valued member of Matrix for over nine years and is a key part of the administrative leadership team. With more than 40 years of experience in customer service and the real estate industry, including office management, Barbara brings deep institutional knowledge, reliability, and professionalism to the firm’s daily operations.

Serving as a primary liaison between HOA boards, residents, and property managers, Barbara plays a critical role in ensuring clear communication and efficient support across all communities managed by Matrix. She oversees the owner census, maintains accurate records within the resident portal software, and serves as a first point of contact for incoming calls—making sure every caller receives prompt assistance or is directed to the appropriate team member. Her ability to balance organization, responsiveness, and problem-solving helps keep operations running smoothly.

Barbara is fundamental to the success of Matrix and is known not only for her exceptional support and attention to detail, but also for her warm demeanor and witty personality. Outside of work, she is a proud mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.

Holly is the Financial Specialist at Matrix Property Management Group’s Succasunna office and is currently in her 18th year with the company. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and 25 years of accounting experience, Holly brings exceptional financial expertise and consistency to Matrix’s operations. Her background includes nonprofit and corporate accounting, giving her a well-rounded perspective on financial management across different organizational environments.

Holly oversees all association bank accounts, including receivables and vendor payments, and works closely with property managers and HOA boards to develop accurate, responsible annual budgets. She also manages association delinquencies with a proactive, strategic approach aimed at reducing legal costs and strengthening the financial health of the communities Matrix serves. 

Her attention to detail, institutional knowledge, and collaborative style make her a trusted resource for both internal teams and board members.

Holly plays a critical role in supporting sound fiscal management and long-term stability for each association. Outside of work, she enjoys watching hockey and spending time with her husband of over 25 years and their two children.

With a strong background in high-volume financial environments, Craig has built a reputation for driving efficiency, accountability, and results while maintaining a sharp focus on accuracy and fiscal responsibility.

Prior to joining our firm, Craig served as a Branch Manager at a national financial services company where he successfully built and led a consumer direct sales division from the ground up. Under his leadership, the division became one of the company’s most profitable groups, generating over $4 billion in funded volume while maintaining full responsibility for branch financial performance and profit and loss management.

Craig has extensive experience overseeing complex financial operations, managing large teams, and implementing processes that improve efficiency and performance. His background in financial oversight, reporting, and operational management makes him a valuable asset in supporting the financial health and stability of the communities we serve.

At our company, Craig focuses on financial operations, accounting support, and ensuring the accuracy and transparency of community financial reporting. His detail-oriented approach and strong leadership background help ensure that our clients receive dependable financial management and clear communication.

 Mary Ann has been a valued member of Matrix Property Management Group for over eight years and supports associations from the Somerset office. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and brings more than 25 years of accounting experience to her role, providing reliable financial oversight and support to both property managers and HOA boards.

Mary Ann is responsible for monitoring homeowner accounts and vendor billing, as well as managing bank reconciliations, journal entries, annual budgets, and the preparation of detailed financial statements. Her thorough, organized approach ensures accuracy, transparency, and consistency. She works closely with managers and board members to support sound financial decision-making and the overall financial health of each association.

Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Mary Ann plays a key role in the day-to-day financial operations at Matrix. Outside of work, she enjoys balancing her professional responsibilities with travel and spending time with her husband of 29 years, their dog Elliot, and, whenever possible, their two children.
