Erin has been working for Matrix Property Management Group for over five years. During her time with the company, she has earned her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist) and is currently working on earning her PCAM designation (Professional Community Association Manager). She is part of the Managers Committee within CAI- NJ where members meet to discuss industry topics and create articles for Management Trends. What she enjoys most about working at Matrix and property management is the knowledge that she has developed from the different communities and vendors. There is always a new challenge that tests your expertise on this growing industry and forces you to expand your ingenuity.  

 Sara was born and raised in Sussex County, New Jersey and has been a Property Manager at Matrix Property Management Group for 4 years. She currently manages 8 HOA communities and has built wonderful relationships with their Board members. She is a graduate of Montclair State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree.  Sara was born and raised in Sussex County, New Jersey and has been a Property Manager at Matrix Property Management Group for 4 years. She currently manages 8 HOA communities and has built wonderful relationships with their Board members. She is a graduate of Montclair State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree. She enjoys working with different HOA communities and helping to better their Associations and make their living environment pleasant. Sara is working towards obtaining her designations and offers a great deal of intellect and professionalism. When she is not working at Matrix in the office or on the field, she loves spending time with her family and their Australian Shepherd dog. 

Jenny joined Matrix in July 2024 and is the newest property manager that has been added to the team. She moved to NJ in 2020 after serving as a police officer in North Carolina for 8 years. Jenny joined Matrix in July 2024 and is the newest property manager that has been added to the team. She moved to NJ in 2020 after serving as a police officer in North Carolina for 8 years. She currently manages 5 properties for Matrix and is actively working towards her designations. Jenny has been active with CAI-NJ attending meetings and participating as a member of the Golf Committee. She has a passion for maintaining order, dealing with people and ensuring the safety and well-being of all. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Matrix and is passionate to grow her expertise. She works security for an HOA community in Sussex County as well. In Jenny's spare time she enjoys spending time with family, golfing and walking with her two dogs.

Allison joined Matrix in September 2022. She has worked as an artist, designer, project manager and admin for over 20 years. Since joining Matrix, she has helped implement logo and website design, contributed to the continued growth of the company, and built Matrix's social media presence. Allison joined Matrix in September 2022. She has worked as an artist, designer, project manager and admin for over 20 years. Since joining Matrix, she has helped implement logo and website design, contributed to the continued growth of the company, and built Matrix's social media presence. She also handles all print and web advertising and marketing for Matrix. She has developed a thorough understanding of the resident portal software and has created easy access through Association websites to resident portals and the online payment system. She really loves her job and is always looking for new and innovative ways to grow. In her spare time, she enjoys art, reading and joking around with her husband of 13 years and 6 children. 

Barbara has been working with Matrix for 9 years as part of the administrative team. She has over 40 years of customer service and real estate industry experience including office management and is a main liaison between HOAs, residents of the communities managed at Matrix and the property managers. Barbara has been working with Matrix for 9 years as part of the administrative team. She has over 40 years of customer service and real estate industry experience including office management and is a main liaison between HOAs, residents of the communities managed at Matrix and the property managers. She oversees the owner census, inputs pertinent information into the resident portal software and answers phones, ensuring those calling receive the appropriate support if she is unable to answer the question immediately. Barbara is fundamental to the daily operations at Matrix and provides stellar support and a witty personality. She is a proud mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.   

Holly is currently in her 18th year at Matrix and serves as the Financial Specialist in the Succasunna office. She holds a BS in Accounting and has 25 years of accounting experience including 2 years of non-profit and 6 years of corporate accounting. She manages all bank accounts including receivables and vendor payments, develops yearly

She manages all bank accounts including receivables and vendor payments, develops yearly budgets for the property managers and HOA boards and manages delinquencies to lower legal fees. When Holly is not at Matrix, she enjoys watching hockey and spending time with her husband of over 25 years and their two beautiful children.  

Mary Ann has worked with our Associations in the Somerset Office for over 8 years. She has a BS in Accounting and over 25 years of accounting experience. In addition to monitoring the homeowner accounts and vendor billing, she handles all bank reconciliations, journal entries, budgets, and financial statement preparation for the managers

Mary Ann has found a great balance with work and travel which she enjoys with her husband of 29 years, dog Elliot and when possible her two children.
