During her time with the company, she has earned her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist) and is currently working on earning her PCAM designation (Professional Community Association Manager). She is part of the Managers Committee within CAI- NJ where members meet to discuss industry topics and create articles for Management Trends. What she enjoys most about working at Matrix and property management is the knowledge that she has developed from the different communities and vendors. Jenny has a passion for maintaining order, dealing with people and ensuring the safety and well-being of all. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Matrix and is passionate to grow her expertise. In her spare time she works on a horse farm and spends time with her fiancé and their two dogs and cat.
Allison joined Matrix in September 2022 as part of the admin team. She currently holds an AAS in Graphic Design and has been working as an artist, designer, project manager and admin for over 18 years. Since joining Matrix she has helped implement logo and website design and has currently designed 3 brand new websites and logos for 3 HOAs
Allison joined Matrix in September 2022 as part of the admin team. She currently holds an AAS in Graphic Design and has been working as an artist, designer, project manager and admin for over 18 years. Since joining Matrix she has helped implement logo and website design and has currently designed 3 brand new websites and logos for 3 HOAs as well as a brand new Matrix website. She has developed a thorough understanding of the resident portal software used by Matrix and has created easy access through Association websites to resident portals and the online payment system. She manages all of Matrix’s socials including the LinkedIn and Facebook accounts as well as all print and web advertising. She really loves her job and is always looking for new and innovative ways to grow. In her spare time, she enjoys art, reading and joking around with her husband of 10 years and 6 children.

She has over 40 years of customer service and real estate industry experience including office management and is a main liaison between HOAs, residents of the communities managed at Matrix and the property managers. She oversees the owner census, inputs pertinent information into the resident portal software and answers phones, ensuring those calling receive the appropriate support if she is unable to answer the question immediately. Barbara is fundamental to the daily operations at Matrix and provides stellar support and a witty personality. She is a proud mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.
Holly is currently in her 15th year at Matrix and serves as the Financial Specialist in the Succasunna office. She holds a BS in Accounting and has 23 years of accounting experience including 2 years of non-profit and 6 years of corporate accounting. She manages all bank accounts including receivables and vendor payments, develops yearly

Mary Ann has worked with our Associations in the Somerset Office for over 8 years. She has a BS in Accounting and over 25 years of accounting experience.
